Updates for this month:  

• The State of Carbon Dioxide Removal report presents a global assessment of the state of CDR and the gap we need to close. Find a link to the State of CDR’s Map of literature on Carbon Dioxide Removal here.

• International Universities Climate Alliance is hosting a Global Thematic Dialogue event on Universities Tackling Scope 3 Emissions: The Supply Chain, September 18th & 19th.

• U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) announces Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for its University Training and Research Program. Key areas of interest were named including (1) a curriculum to grow carbon management education across US campuses and (2) soil carbon sequestration.

We look forward to continuing the critical work to develop a new carbon economy.
